By booking with Black Tie Cars, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
Service Overview
Black Tie Cars provides premium chauffeured transportation services in College Station with extended coverage to Houston, Dallas, Austin, and San Antonio. All our services include a professional driver - we do not offer self-drive vehicle rentals.
What's Included in Your Booking
- Professional, licensed chauffeur
- Vehicle insurance and liability coverage

- All applicable taxes and fees

Booking and Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking. We accept all major credit cards and digital payment methods. Upon successful booking, you will receive a confirmation email with your booking details.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be submitted via email at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled pickup time.No exceptions will be made to this policy. Refunds for qualifying cancellations will be processed within 48 hours of receiving your cancellation email and will be returned to the original payment method.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service or no-shows will be charged the full amount with no refund.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate pickup and dropoff information
- Being ready at the scheduled pickup time
- Maintaining appropriate conduct in our vehicles
- Adhering to our no-smoking and no-illegal-substances policies
Limitation of Liability
BlackTieCars is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen items left in our vehicles.
